Partnerships in health.
Due to the increasing number of cases being identified across LGAs including SESLHD, all Albion Centre clients and consumers from Monday 27th September, will be required to undertake COVID-19 testing within 72 hours (3 days) prior to a booked appointment or home visit.
The Albion Centre is undertaking this change in process to protect our clients and staff from COVID 19 and to minimise the chances of service disruption/ closure.
The Albion Centre is an interdisciplinary public health care facility with a primary focus on HIV management and is a part of NSW Health South Eastern Sydney Local Health District.
The Albion Centre is working to help keep our clients, visitors and staff safe. Our centre remains open, with the appropriate COVID-19 entry screening and precautions in place.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to check-in using a QR code and undergo a temperature check. If you do not have access to a QR phone app you will be asked a series of COVID-19 screening question to determine entry.
If you need an appointment but are unwell and unsure about coming into the centre please phone ahead and talk to our triage nurse.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
