Mindfulness: An interview on SBS (Thai)

As part of the translation of mindfulness resources for the Thai community, Brendan Crozier (Clinical Psychologist, The Albion Centre) and Jeffrey Dabbhadatta (HARP Unit, SESLHD) were interviewed by Parisuth Sodsai from SBS radio (Thai language). Brendan spoke about the usefulness of mindfulness and the links with traditional Thai and Buddhist practises, whilst Jeffrey gave more background information and provided guidance on where to find these resources. If you would like to listen to the interview you can find it here. If you would like to access the mindfulness resources in Thai, English or Arabic, you can check out Albion's SoundCloud account. If you have any issues you would like to speak to a psychologist about, call The Albion Centre and ask to speak to Intake.
